The 2008 season got in mid season form fast. Chad Frye posted 5 birdies and only a lone bogie at the par 3 8th hole to win by three shots over Joe Jaspers -1 under 71. John Sadri and Andy Shiflet both fired even par 72's with Sadri getting third place on the scorecard playoff. In "A" Flight the big story of the day was Bruce Pietrangelo's hole-in-one on the 14th hole(160 yard 7 iron). It was Bruce's 6th hole-in-one of his career and won him free golf trip from tour sponsor Perk's and Pat's golf vacations! Chad Julka received a quick promotion to Champ flight with his even par 72 Saturday. Kevin Ronan and Greg Ries both shot 76's with Ronan winning second place on the card. Fourth place went to Leon Wiltsey with a 78. Feeding on his home course advantage, "B" flight was won by Russ Gamblin with a 78. Four players shot 80 with Henry Poirier 2nd, Scott Ide 3rd, and Roy Santonil finishing in 4th. Allen Hagen in "C" Flight beat Ronnie Huffstetler by one with an 82. Bryan Sanders 87 was good enough for 3rd and 4th place was taken by John Morris beating 6 others in a playoff at 88. Results from Charles T.
