The big stories of the day were 5 Champ flight players shoot 70 or lower with Billy Hall shooting 5 under 31 on the back nine and also winning the only Super and Flight skin worth over $1200.

Many of you asked about still signing up for the Golfweek 4 ball event in Myrtle Beach and you have until the end of this week to do so. Championship Flight:
Bill Hall won the tours season opener several weeks ago in Hilton Head and then kept it going in Charlotte with a great 4 under par round of 68. Billy Hall followed in Dads footsteps with a second place round of 69 with 31 on the inward nine. Jim Aughtry, Jay Barnes and last years National Champion Joe Jaspers all fired 2 under par 70’s. Going to the card playoff Jim Aughtry finished in third and Jay Barnes was 4th on the card.
A Flight:
Josh Myers and Jim Boyce finished tied after 18 holes at 75 and with darkness setting in we had to go to the scorecard playoff giving Myers his first ever victory on tour. Tour Veteran James Ramsey finished in third at 76 followed by Logan Hefner at 77.
B Flight:
Allen Hagen notched his first win right out of the gate firing a stellar round of 78 on Saturday. Scott Curtis also played great as he finished in second with 79 followed by Judd Dye at 80 and James Burrell beating out Clabie Edmond on the card playoff for 4th place money.
C Flight:
Tour rookie Garrett Goodson wins by one shot with 84 followed by Eric Moskowitz at 85. Dan Manning finished in third at 87 and Rafael Diaz was fourth with 87.
D Flight:
Gregg Sherrill also wins by one shot at 92 followed by Paul Harmon and Justin Upchurch at 93.
