Championship Flight:
Joe Jaspers wins a major for the second time this season shooting under par both days 71-70=141. Joe along with Scott Patnode will begin play Thursday in Birmingham in the USGA Mid Am, good luck to both of you guys. Billy Hall finished 2 shots back at 143 while Scott Patnode grabbed third at 148.
A Flight:
Dennis Reames won his first event of the season and picked a good time to do it winning a Major. Reames won going away with 2 great rounds of 74-78=152 followed by Kevin Ronan at 161. Cooper Daniel took home third and also the points championship while Jason long cashed 4th at 166.
B Flight:
Nolan Elenz played great all weekend as he fired 83-78=161 to win by three on Sunday. Elenz also won the B flight points championship with the 900 point victory. Scott Curtis had his best finish of the season a second place at 164 followed by Vic Lawrence at 166. Rich Daniel & Joe Lewis both came in at 169’s.
C Flight:
Larry Hinson also won his second major of the season but only by 2 shots as he edged out Dana Greer with a 181 total. Mason Hagen beat out Dana Greer on the card with both players firing 183s. Four players tied at 189 as Steve Daniels, Tony Pharr, Charles Mines & Bradley Leak.
D Flight:
Paul Harmon took home the Crystal with a 193 total followed Bob Beatty at 200 and Bill Bender at 216.
Thanks to everyone for a great 2103 season look for the tour schedule for the 2104 season to be out in late November. The 2014 season will be the 20th year for the Charlotte tour!
