Cowans Ford CC is next Saturday 3/31 a 1:30pm shotgun start. The tourney is almost filled like Salisbury so if you have not already emailed me do so quickly.

As we now start playing the private clubs your name must be on daily list I send them to play practice rounds, also show your members card so they know how many rounds they get during the week.
Champ Flight:
Joe Jaspers started his day with a bad break when his ball hit a sewer lid on a fly and kicked his ball out of bounds when it would have just rest right near the green in the rough. Jaspers also bogied the par three 6th hole but then player 4 under par golf from that point in which included at 32 on the back nine. Jaspers final total was 70 good enough for a four shot victory over David Schmidt at 74. Newcomers Kevin Lentz and Ray Grant both cashed on Saturday with Lentz in third with 78 and Grant at 79.
A flight:
Richard Boone and Mike Nasekos both ended tied for first at 79 and went into a sudden-death playoff which Boone won with a par one the first hole. Jim States finished in solo third at 80 while Don Bridges beat out Greg McCoy for 4th place with 82 on the card.
B Flight:
Marc Janse Van Rensburg won for the second straight week with 79 followed by Kirk Tatge at 82. Clif Ogaro finished in third at 83 and Nolan Elenz beat out Mark Osborne on the card for 4th place. Both players fired 84’s.
C Flight:
Mason Hagen won for the first time all season with 85 followed by Maurice Mack at 88 and Bob Talbot at 89. Rafael Diaz cashed in 4th place with 90.
D Flight:
Paul Harmon won with 98 followed by Ben Even at 100 and Michael Fulp with 101
