The Tidewater Golfweek Amateur Tour took to Ford's Colony Country Club in Williamsburg, VA for the Williamsburg Showcase on the Blue Heron Course. The tournament brought some blue skies and High Pollen, but a wonderful day to play. With a field of 92 players on the course for the annual Williamsburg Showcase. Congrats to all the Flight winners and Day Money winners.
Below are the Day Monies from the tournament. Tournament results have been posted, and players have already been moved ahead of the Next Tournament on April 6th at Colonial Heritage.
In the Championship Flight, Mike Hartselle (75) won in a Sudden Death Playoff over Dennis Nelson (75). This was Hartselle's first tournament victory of the 2025 Tour Season. Hartselle made a Par on the 18th hole to force a playoff. Hartselle played one of the best Front Nine's of the season to date (34).
In the A Flight, Alton Smith (75) won by one shot over Donny Marshall (76). Coming in third was Thomas Dobrick (77).
In the B Flight, Bob Nipp (80) won by one shot over Allen Wright (81) and Travis Lawson (81). This was Bob Nipp's second tournament victory of the 2025 Tour Season.
In the C Flight, Paul Lineberry (85) won by three shots over Paul Johnson (88). Finishing in third was Tim Sayles (89).
In the D Flight, Brian Emerson (88) won in a Sudden Death Playoff over Wildlando Handy (88) and Will Spittle (88). This was Emerson's First Career Tournament Victory.
