We welcome golfers to come out to play in the tour as a guest. This is a great way to try it out to see if it’s right for you before becoming a member.
How to Join as a Guest:
Guests must complete a Tour Registration form for the current season. This is needed to enter you into the Golfweek system for scoring.
Fill out the form but do not complete membership payment.
This registration form is sent to the national office for processing. This can take up to 48 hours. Once processed, you will receive an email with a link to create your login and password for your Golfweek account.
You will use this login information to register for the tournament you want to participate in. All St. Louis local tournaments can be found on our Schedule page. To register for an event, click the “Register” link next to the tournament name. This will take you to a page to login. Once you login, you can complete your registration.
Registration is fully confirmed once entry fee is paid for the event. For this and more information about the tournament, go to the St. Louis homepage and click on the “Info/Registration” button next to the tournament name.
All golfers who wish to play as a guest MUST contact the St. Louis Tour Director, Tyler Cardwell, at the time of registering to inform him you are wanting to compete as a guest player. You can call, text or email.
The tour director will email you to request handicap information. This information MUST be submitted prior to the tournament.
Guest Guidelines
Guests must register for and pay for the tournament prior to the registration deadline. The deadline is 8 days prior to the tournament date.
Guests are not eligible to participate in a regional tournament (listed on the official Golfweek Amateur Tour homepage and appear on the comprehensive schedule page).
A guest may only participate in one tournament as a guest; membership must be purchased prior to playing in a second tournament.
Guests may participate in the side games offered at an event; however guests are NOT eligible to win prizes, trophies or earn points in the standings for placing unless they join the Tour before the tournament is finalized and prizes are awarded. A guest may decide to join the Tour at the conclusion of their round by simply informing the Tour Director and paying the membership fee at the course. This on-site membership process (completed online) enables the local Tour Director to submit the results to the National Office. Guests who participate and do not join in this manner will not be permitted to earn points for the event should they join later in the season.
